The EVALUATE project has issued a policy brief focusing on the overall recommendations of the project as well as a list of indicators to measure energy poverty. The brief is numbered 5/6 as the overall recommendations and indicators were initially planned to be issued as separate policy briefs but for the purpose of clarity and consistency, these have now been combined into a single document.
