Marine Cloud Brightening (MCB) and Marine Sky Brightening (MSB) are ideas for cooling the Earth by increasing the reflectivity of clouds using tiny droplets of seawater. REFLECT aims to responsibly test various methods of spraying seawater to explore if they could be viable.
