EVALUATE project issues job ad and policy brief

We are looking for an individual to join the EVALUATE (Energy Vulnerability and Urban Transitions in Europe) project team for 2 years and 2 months, starting from June 2015. This would be a post-doctoral research associate position based in the geography discipline at the School of Education, Environment and Development, as well as the Centre for Urban Energy and Resilience. Further information is available here.

Meanwhile, the EVALUATE project is nearing completion of two of the major data gathering phases of the project. We have interviewed nearly 170 experts (national decision-makers, local government officials, company representatives, NGO and union activists) across 8 countries. A policy brief summarising the results of this work was issued recently – click here to find out more.

Also nearing completion are household surveys in the 8 study districts of the project. More than 2000 households were included. Watch this space – updates will follow soon.
